The Arizona Museum of Natural History Internship Program offers hands-on experience for emerging museum and science professionals. Interns work alongside staff in anthropology and paleontology building real-world skills while exploring future career paths.

DEADLINE FOR SUMMER 2026 application and supporting documents due no later than midnight Sunday February 8, 2026

Internship duration: June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026

Internships are offered in the following areas: Anthropology, Paleontology.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of age
  • ​​​​​​​GED or HS diploma**
  • Complete application
  • Fingerprint and background screen
  • Interview
  • Orientation and onboarding 

*Conditions apply

**Written exceptions considered 

AZDPS Fingerprint clearance card is desirable but not required.
